AB4Life Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AB4Life store and the products you purchase from it. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. WHO WE ARE. This store is operated by AB4Life LLC, Riverdale, Georgia, United States.
2. PRODUCTS. We sell digital downloadable products, and in future, physical products. Product descriptions, page counts, and contents are described on each product page. We make every effort to describe products accurately.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of your order is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
4. LICENSE TO USE OUR PRODUCTS. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product. You may use it for your own personal faith, study, prayer, and growth, print copies for your own personal use, and use it with your immediate household. You may not resell, share, upload, or distribute the files, reproduce the content in your own products, books, courses, or paid materials, use the content commercially, claim it as your own work, or remove AB4Life branding.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All content, designs, text, artwork, and files sold or displayed by AB4Life remain the property of AB4Life LLC. Scripture quoted in our products is the King James Version, which is in the public domain.
6. NATURE OF OUR CONTENT. AB4Life products offer faith-based encouragement and educational content. They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, crisis services, or qualified pastoral counseling. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
7. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES. We do not promise or guarantee any specific spiritual, emotional, physical, financial, or personal result from using our products.
8. ACCOUNTS AND ACCURACY. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address. We deliver digital products to the address you give us at checkout.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (a) AB4Life LLC provides its products and this store on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. (b) AB4Life LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of our products or this store. (c) Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that product or order. (d) Nothing in this section limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
10. CUSTOMER CONCERNS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. AB4Life is committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and promptly. If you experience a problem with an order, payment, physical product, or digital download, please contact us at support@ab4life.store and provide your name, order number, and a description of the issue.
When a refund is permitted under the AB4Life Refund Policy, the refund will be issued to the customer's original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Before filing a legal claim, the customer and AB4Life agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly for at least 30 days. If the matter cannot be resolved, either party may pursue any remedy available under applicable law, including an eligible claim in small claims court.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
11. CHANGES. We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
12. GOVERNING LAW. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer residing outside the United States, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

14. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY. AB4Life Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with AB4Life Store. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and AB4Life Store, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with AB4Life Store.
