Getting your files
How do I receive my purchase?
By email, within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed. Nothing is shipped, and no shipping address is needed at checkout.
My email has not arrived. What now?
Check your spam and promotions folders first, since that is where it usually is. If it still has not shown up, email support@ab4life.store with your order number and we will resend it.
Does my download link expire?
No. Your link does not expire. It permits five downloads, which is the only limit.
I used all five downloads. Did I lose the product?
No. Email support@ab4life.store with your order number and we will restore your access.
The files themselves
What format are they?
PDF. When a product includes several files, they arrive together as a ZIP folder.
What do I need to open them?
Any device that opens PDFs. Most phones, tablets, and computers do this already, with no extra software.
Can I print them?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own personal use. Products meant for printing include printing instructions inside the download.
Which Bible translation do you use?
Scripture quoted in AB4Life products is the King James Version.
Using what you buy
What am I allowed to do with a product?
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license. Use it for your own faith, study, prayer, and growth, print copies for yourself, and use it with your immediate household.
What am I not allowed to do?
Please do not resell, share, upload, or distribute the files, reproduce the content in your own products, books, courses, or paid materials, use it commercially, claim it as your own work, or remove AB4Life branding.
Can I use these with my small group or ministry?
Group and ministry licensing is not currently offered. Each participant would need their own copy.
Payment and refunds
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payment is processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, digital purchases are final. We do issue a refund when you were charged more than once for the same order, when files are corrupted, incomplete, or will not open and we cannot resolve it with you, or when you received a product different from the one you purchased. Refund requests are accepted within five days of purchase. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

How do I contact you?
Email support@ab4life.store. It is monitored by a person, and it is the fastest way to reach us.
When will I hear back?
We answer Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Messages sent over the weekend are answered the next business day.
