AB4Life Refund Policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

AB4Life digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded. For this reason, digital purchases are final.

We will issue a refund when: you were charged more than once for the same order; the files are corrupted, incomplete, or will not open and we cannot resolve it with you; or you received a product different from the one you purchased.

To request a refund, email support@ab4life.store within 5 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We respond within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

AB4Life does not currently sell physical products. The following applies when physical products become available.

Physical items are printed to order by our production partner. We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact support@ab4life.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Because items are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

REFUND TIMING

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and typically take 5-10 business days to appear.

CUSTOMER CONCERNS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

AB4Life is committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and promptly. If you experience a problem with an order, payment, physical product, or digital download, please contact us at support@ab4life.store and provide your name, order number, and a description of the issue.

When a refund is permitted under this Refund Policy, the refund will be issued to the customer's original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Before filing a legal claim, the customer and AB4Life agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly for at least 30 days. If the matter cannot be resolved, either party may pursue any remedy available under applicable law, including an eligible claim in small claims court.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
